Refund Policy
Understand cancellations, design work and refund eligibility.
An eligible cancellation made before design work starts may be refunded after deducting payment-processing fees or other non-recoverable costs.
Album design is a personalised creative service. Once design time has been used, the completed portion of the work and related service charges are generally non-refundable.
Amounts paid for an approved design are not normally refundable. Printing costs also become non-refundable once production or material preparation has started.
A verified duplicate payment or clear payment error will be corrected through refund or adjustment to the relevant order or client ledger.
Report export, file-access or production issues promptly. Where the concern is verified, we will prioritise correction, replacement or another appropriate resolution.
