Shipping Policy

Approved print-ready or final album files are delivered through secure digital access. Design Only orders do not include courier or physical shipment stages.

For Design + Print, Print Only or Reprint services, production begins after the required approval, specifications and payment status are confirmed.

Dispatch estimates are provided after production begins. Courier timing can vary by destination, holidays, weather, serviceability and other conditions outside our direct control.

Courier, packaging and handling charges are shown or confirmed before dispatch. Special delivery requests may carry an additional fee.

Clients must provide a complete delivery address, correct postal code and reachable phone number. Costs caused by incorrect or incomplete details may be chargeable.
