Terms governing Signature Album enquiries, projects, approvals, payments and delivery.
The selected service, deliverables, size, material, schedule and quotation form the agreed project scope. Anything outside that scope may require revised pricing or delivery dates.
Clients are responsible for supplying usable files, accurate names, sequencing notes and special instructions. Delays in receiving material may shift the project timeline.
Included revisions apply within the agreed direction. Approval confirms that spelling, layout, image selection and sequencing have been checked. Major changes after approval may involve extra time or charges.
Orders may be created before payment when approved by the studio. Standard projects generally follow a 50% advance and 50% balance model, while approved monthly clients may use ledger settlement.
Screens and printed materials reproduce colour differently. Reasonable production variation may occur across paper, ink, lamination, embossing and cover materials.
