We collect only the information needed to manage enquiries and projects, such as your name, contact details, delivery information, album requirements, order history and files you choose to share.
Your information is used to prepare quotations, manage orders, communicate updates, process approvals, provide downloads and maintain account and service security.
Photographs are accessed only for the agreed album-design or printing workflow. We do not publish client photographs in our portfolio, advertising or social media without permission.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted account access and secure delivery links. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so access credentials should remain private.
Information may be shared only with service providers needed to complete the project, such as authorised designers, printing partners, storage providers or courier services, and only to the extent required.
